Candidates must be good team players. They should have a speedy and competent knowledge of Quark, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Dreamweaver and PDF workflow in a Macintosh or PC environments. Good creativity, prepress and print experience is preferable.

Customer Service Rep

Exciting opportunity in client services. You need people skills, drive and the ability to deliver high performance.

Our Customer Service team provides the main connection with the customer, as well as being responsible for performing proactive internal sales activities. Candidates should present well, be good communicators and have a strong commercial understanding. They should be able to work within a team environment while delivering a strong individual performance. They will have an eye for detail and the ability to follow established systems and procedures. Some marketing flair would be an advantage and most importantly, they should be able to sell. A strong knowledge of computer operations and confidence in digital file handling and commercial printing would be an advantage.
