These prices are all inclusive of tasks normally associated with the actual construction of the web site, including FTP delivery to the hosting server, but not including search engine registration. Domain name registration and monthly hosting is not included in the above prices.

Our policy is that preliminary work done in client consultation, concept development and issues management for a new site is part of the job at hand, and not a complimentary pre-cursor to it. As such, this work is fully chargeable at our hourly rate.

Additional Charges may also be incurred such as:

Extra Images: The prices above assume 4 images per page.This does not include images used in the site design, just the ones used in the page content. If the image quota is exceeded, additional images are charged at $15 each.

Manual typing or re-typing: if you supply site text by paper or fax. Delivering your text by email or CD is the preferred method.

Manipulation or re-creation of images and graphics: where the supplied material is not of a suitable quality to be used on the web site.

Non-Standard File Format Conversion: includes converting Mac format materials to PC format, manually extracting text and/or images from MS Publisher, Quark Express or PDF files, and converting images that aren't supplied in JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP formats.

Structural and/or graphical changes prior to public release of the site resulting from significant changes to the initial agreed design brief: the preparation of a second, or subsequent, design concepts in cases where an initial design brief has not been supplied by the client, or where the requirement exists for more than one design concept option to be presented for assessment prior to commencement of work.

Excess Client Contact: an extra charge will be applied where client contact time exceeds 10% of the total cost of the job. Client contact is charged at $85/hr and mainly includes meetings before and during web site construction and that are at the clients request. For example, a 5 page web site costs $1150 so the included client contact quota is $115 @ $85/hr = 1.5 hours approx.
